Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Punjab Excise Act, 1914 (Punjab Act 1 of 1914); (b) "retail vendor" means a person carrying on the retail vend of liquor; (c) "sample" means a sample received, held or disposed of by a retail vendor in the course of the retail vend of liquor; (d) "Form C" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
