Correction of entries.—The Central Adoption Resource Authority may, on an application made in Form IV by any licensed marriage hall or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than forty-five days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
