Surrender of certificate.—Every licensed marriage hall who ceases to carry on the letting of premises for marriages shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Central Adoption Resource Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every inventory of the estate held by him has been disposed of.
