Intimation of change.—Every consignor shall intimate to the Commissioner of Railway Safety, in Form B and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Commissioner of Railway Safety shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
