Intimation of change.—Every pilot of a port shall intimate to the Port Authority, in Form 5 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Port Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
