Application for registration.—Every dealer in arms and ammunition carrying on the sale of arms and ammunition shall make an application for registration to the Superintendent of Police in Form II, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every printing machine held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
