Correction of entries.—The Superintendent of Police may, on an application made in Form V by any dealer in arms and ammunition or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than seven days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
