Intimation of change.—Every dealer in arms and ammunition shall intimate to the Superintendent of Police, in Form III and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Superintendent of Police shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
