Intimation of change.—Every nursing home shall intimate to the National Medical Commission, in Form 25 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the National Medical Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
