Application for registration.—Every operator carrying on the operation of aircraft shall make an application for registration to the Government of Madhya Pradesh in Form CA-1, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every remotely piloted aircraft held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
