Surrender of certificate.—Every operator who ceases to carry on the operation of aircraft shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Madhya Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form CA-4 of the manner in which every certificate of airworthiness held by him has been disposed of.
