Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the person dealing in securities shall apply to the Depository in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Depository shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
