Surrender of certificate.—Every person dealing in securities who ceases to carry on dealing in securities shall, within ten days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Depository in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every client agreement held by him has been disposed of.
