Application for registration.—Every satellite communication operator carrying on the provision of satellite communication services shall make an application for registration to the Telecommunication Engineering Centre in Form D, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every interconnection agreement held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
