Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the court typist shall apply to the Bar Council in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Bar Council shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
