Intimation of change.—Every distiller shall intimate to the District Excise Officer, in Form B and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Excise Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
