Intimation of change.—Every open access consumer shall intimate to the Appropriate Commission, in Form VII and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appropriate Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one lakh rupees.
