Correction of entries.—The Chief Controller of Explosives may, on an application made in Form VII by any licensee for the sale of poisons or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than twenty-one days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
