Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the civil defence volunteer shall apply to the State Authority in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the State Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one day of the application.
