Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any civil defence volunteer dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the State Authority in Form A, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every stock then held; and the State Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within one day of its receipt.
