Surrender of certificate.—Every licensed porter who ceases to carry on the carriage of luggage by a licensed porter shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Railway Claims Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every wagon held by him has been disposed of.
