Conditions of registration.—Every online dispute resolution platform shall carry on the conduct of dispute resolution by electronic means only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every record of proceedings in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such record of proceedings for inspection on request by the Assistant Registrar, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
