Application for registration.—Every employer carrying on the employment of persons shall make an application for registration to the Corporation in Form 16, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every contribution card held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ten days from that date.
