Forms.—The forms specified in the Schedule shall be used for the purposes for which they are so specified, and where no form is specified for any purpose, an application, return or intimation which contains the particulars these rules require shall be sufficient; Form 12 and Form 7 shall be supplied by the Revenue Divisional Officer on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees, and a form so supplied shall bear the date on which it was supplied and shall be used within forty-five days of that date.
