Authorised agent.—Any dormant company may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these bye-laws, shall intimate to the Central Government in Form ADT-1 the name and address of the agent within one hundred and eighty days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within sixty days of the revocation.
