Forms.—The forms specified in the Schedule shall be used for the purposes for which they are so specified, and where no form is specified for any purpose, an application, return or intimation which contains the particulars these bye-laws require shall be sufficient; Form INC-22 and Form PAS-3 shall be supplied by the Central Government on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees, and a form so supplied shall bear the date on which it was supplied and shall be used within one hundred and eighty days of that date.
