Application for registration.—Every immediate employer carrying on the execution of work for a principal employer shall make an application for registration to the Corporation in Form 5, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every contribution held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
