Application for registration.—Every consent manager carrying on the management of consent shall make an application for registration to the Certifying Authority in Form E, within three days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees and a statement of every electronic record held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
