Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the contractor for a religious fair shall apply to the Registrar of Societies in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Registrar of Societies shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within one hundred and eighty days of the application.
