Surrender of certificate.—Every contractor for a religious fair who ceases to carry on the conduct of a religious fair shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Societies in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every budget held by him has been disposed of.
