Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the developer shall apply to the Development Authority in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Development Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
