Surrender of certificate.—Every holder of a canteen licence who ceases to carry on the running of a canteen shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every register held by him has been disposed of.
