Clause 2, Rajasthan Stamp (Adhesive stamp Control) Order, 2023 [S7F-VY0]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Rajasthan Stamp Act, 1999 (Rajasthan Act 14 of 1999); (b) "insurer issuing policies" means a person carrying on the issue of policies of insurance; (c) "adhesive stamp" means a adhesive stamp received, held or disposed of by a insurer issuing policies in the course of the issue of policies of insurance; (d) "Form D" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
