Surrender of certificate.—Every enrolled person who ceases to carry on service in the Force shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Station Commander in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every permit held by him has been disposed of.
