Intimation of change.—Every marriage bureau shall intimate to the Government of Karnataka, in Form IV and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Karnataka shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
