Safe custody.—Every marriage bureau shall keep every inventory of the estate to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the arranging of marriages is carried on, shall record in Form IV the description of every inventory of the estate so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Karnataka within fourteen days of the close of each year.
