Surrender of certificate.—Every marriage bureau who ceases to carry on the arranging of marriages shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Karnataka in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every register of births held by him has been disposed of.
