Safe custody.—Every supplier of relief materials shall keep every evacuation plan to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the storage of relief materials is carried on, shall record in Form G the description of every evacuation plan so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Civil Defence Controller within sixty days of the close of each year.
