Intimation of change.—Every owner of a motor transport undertaking shall intimate to the Registering Officer, in Form IV and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registering Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
