Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the keeper of a hotel shall apply to the Heritage Committee in Form VI for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Heritage Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
