Periodical return.—Every owner of a dam carrying on the maintenance of a dam shall furnish to the Irrigation Authority, within fifteen days of the close of each year, a return in Form G of every reservoir received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for thirty days from the date on which it is furnished.
