Intimation of change.—Every registered establishment shall intimate to the Appellate Authority, in Form D and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Appellate Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
