Surrender of certificate.—Every administrator of an estate who ceases to carry on the administration of an estate shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Registrar in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every order of maintenance held by him has been disposed of.
