Surrender of certificate.—Every third-party funder who ceases to carry on the funding of arbitral proceedings shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every record of proceedings held by him has been disposed of.
