Application for registration.—Every organiser of an election meeting carrying on the holding of election meetings shall make an application for registration to the State Election Commission in Form 8, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every register of voters held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ten days from that date.
