Intimation of change.—Every organiser of an election meeting shall intimate to the State Election Commission, in Form 8 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the State Election Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
