Surrender of certificate.—Every petty food manufacturer who ceases to carry on the manufacture of food on a petty scale shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Designated Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every stock of foodgrains held by him has been disposed of.
