Surrender of certificate.—Every depository who ceases to carry on the holding of securities in dematerialised form shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Collector in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every stamp paper held by him has been disposed of.
