Surrender of certificate.—Every kazi who ceases to carry on the functions of a kazi shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Maintenance Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every declaration held by him has been disposed of.
