Maintenance of premises.—Every operator of a cruise vessel shall keep the premises where the operation of a cruise vessel is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every berth kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the operation of a cruise vessel, and shall furnish to the Government of Uttar Pradesh in Form 3, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
